The e.com pbx system is built on open standards, has very good scalability and its internal throughput is sufficient up to thousands users.
It features full stability, easy control and great adaptability.

Network infrastructure

For the operation of e.com pbx is suited to any Ethernet network with a minimum speed of 10 Mb/s. The needs to ensure the smooth integration are just the relevant Ethernet connection at the point of installation, Internet access and forwarding signalling and data ports to the e.com pbx.

System requirements

Practically any i386 and x86_64 compatible server with processor at 1 GHz and above with at least 512 MB RAM.
With the appropriate configuration will be happy to assist you or we can supply our own machine.

Supported client equipment

Any SIP 2.0 compatible client.
e.com pbx itself provide transparent NAT traversal.
With the selection of appropriate equipment will be happy to assist you as well as with the optimization of the price/performance ratio.

Enhanced signalling

To the other networks are correctly signalled (backwards & forwards) - and the adoption properly processed - this extension:

  • Calling Line Identification Restriction.
  • Call waiting.
  • Forwarded calls, including proper signalling.

Security functions

e.com pbx contains important defence mechanisms, to ensure correct operation and in crisis situations:

  • Automatic termination of calls with missing RTP stream.
  • Automatic termination of 'on-hold' calls with missing RTP.
  • Maximum call length supervision.
  • Redirection counter.
  • Hop (routing) counter.
  • Automatic blocking of IP addresses with excessive traffic.
